The food is definitely good. The menu has great pictures so you know exactly what you're getting. The variety was greater when the restaurant was on the other side of the road next to Tottenham Court station. A lot of items on the menu were ditched since they moved to the other side. Anyhow, food is still good. Service...er, not the best. They will take the menu, bring drinks, the food, the credit card machine and that's it. Don't expect more than that. But then again, if you go there because of the same reasons I do the food!, as long as people are not verbally rude to me, I don't care. I haven't been there for some time but should definitely go. I just wished they would put the fried noodle with seafood back in the menu. :- Overall, I love going there: great food! PS: I never felt rushed except when I arrived very late.
This place is right on Oxford street so it is tempting to stop off there for a bite while doing some shopping. The food was ok but really nothing special. However what let this place down so badly was the poor service during the whole time there. They will not look at you, smile at you, greet you, or even talk to you! Then just to rub salt in the wound, they charged a 15% compulsory service charge! What service?
The service was so bad that we ended up leaving in disgust before our food arrived. They sat us at a table right next to two other people I mean, we were made to sit with two other people at a four person table, though it was really two two-person tables pushed together and when I asked if we could move to one of the many empty tables I was told that they were saving those "bigger tables" really 3 2-person tables pushed together for bigger parties. There were lots of free tables the place was less than half full and their staff were taking up a whole 6 person table so that they could sit around and chat. I was fuming by the time we walked out. Very rude and unhelpful.
This restaurant has a new facelift, love the Chinese Roast Duct and Ramen. Tips, go early like 6pm, the roast duck just come out from the oven. Absolutely tasty!! The manager is very friendly, there is a lost traveller came in to ask for direction and she 'google' the place for him event she doesn't know it herself.
I loved it ! Bought take away from Queens-way Shop ! The person who served me was a young girl , a bit short ,did't get her name. She was very lovely and helpful ! Everything was Perfect ! Will go again this week ! <3
Best place for freshly made hand pooled noodles in London which is far better than packaged variety. Beef noodle soup is my favourite.
Like the taste of noodle soup, on the so big bowl. I couldn't finish it though.
