Went in the branch today after receiving suspect email and the young guy there couldn't be more helpful and thoroughly investigated the issue. Was very impressed with him and the fraud department

Used this branch for a long time could not fault any of the staff 100% better than Barclays where I was

Since I have moved to Kendal I have had nothing but issues with this branch.  They are unable to address the needs of their customers in many ways, from not letting you in due to issues with internal machines to simply avoiding tending to you for no reason.  Now they're changing their opening times which have always been 'subject to change' and they can't even maintain working external cash machines.  This is once again one of several times I am unable to use the facilities on a Santander ATM deposits.   This is never the case in other parts of the northwest or in other regions of the country.  Santander Kendal get your act together or just do like the rest of them and close.

Lovely stuff but poor services,I’ve tryed to get a loan/credit card/overdraft- nothing . After this,i’ve been to Barclays,they gave me a credit card even if my wages are on a different bank.
