Lovely B&B and the owners are so lovely very funny. It was a little too warm as the heating was on even though it was a lovely weekend. Only downfall was there was no choice on what you had for breakfast and the bacon was not the best.

Good hotel, in the middle of the town so easy access to local bars/pubs and Windermere lake for the boat rides. Rooms are simple, little bit dated, with low powered showers, but good enough for a night's stay. Breakfast was simple but not great, would recommend going elsewhere for food.
