This is my local branch. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and happy to help, which I have always appreciated. During lockdown they have remained the same cheerful bunch. Windermere is lucky to still have a NatWest, and the bank and the village are lucky to have such lovely staff.
I am a Google reviewer and I travel around the UK to find good hotels and restaurants and give them honest reviews. My findings. Staff can be rude Not very helpful so had to call the main office
