I went to the branch on Saturday and the level of service at the counter is impeccable. I would like to give a massive shout to Mateen who helped me with a number of queries. Mateen was professional and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble - customer service was impeccable. Mateen is definitely an asset to the team at The Slough High Street branch! Keep up the amazing customer service Mateen and Team!
AVOID THIS BRANCH IF YOU CAN HELP IT!! Have yet to meet any of these allegedly friendly and helpful staff at the Slough branch which appears to be run for the benefit of the staff rather than the customer. Had a problem regarding an administrative matter. Not only were they unwilling to assist a customer but wouldn’t even take a note of my complaint!! At the suggestion of Head Office I went to another, nearby branch where genuinely friendly and helpful staff assisted in about half an hour.
The staff didn't know what they were doing.What should of been a simple transaction/process took 45 min!Avoid using this branch!
The staff were very efficient and kind and listened to what I wanted.
The staff are rude I lost my car key I am sure 100 % left their branch I ask to check cctv they said no I am customer 14 years.
Said it was open til 6pm and I rushed down there to find it closed at 5.30. Disappointed as I spent time and money for parking for no reason.
