My credit is poor. My wages were going into the bank for 1 year 6 months weekly pay of approx £1000.00 I wanted to up grade my account so I could set up direct debits. But still wouldn't let me even though my credit score was going up. So I went to lloyds bank and in slough I showed my bank statements for the 6 months straight away they opened an account with direct debits cheque book and standing order and the account paid interest on my current account. Metro bank good for children not for adults.

Was welcomed to Slough Metro Bank by Vikhram who dealt with us very well, he was friendly and overall there is excellent costumer service. He was efficient and dealt with all of our queries.

I had an absolutely awful, stressful, experience at this bank trying to open a business account. I had two interviews there (total of around 4 hours), total waste of time and the "branch manager" is equally as useless. They re-assessed our case twice and wasted an entire week in total - do not bother - go to a tried and tested real UK high street bank. In contrast, I opened a business account with Natwest within 48 hours over the phone (because they know what they are doing!!!!)
