Terrible experience, writing this review on behalf of my wife we came in today as we were unhappy about the new overdraft regulations. My wife was ignored by staff who were unhappy to unswer any questions about current OD fees and was referred back to the letter most people received. We were hoping to find some negotiating grounds like opening a premium account, but been ignored, looks like we will have to move to another bank and this will include a transfer of all our savings. If anyone knows of any good alternatives please pm me. Thanks (p.s. invest in Bitcoin)

This is possibly one of the worst bank branches in Slough. Whilst other branches have numerous staff members at hand with good communication skills and multiple self service facilities, this branch offers none of these. This branch frequently has long queues as has only 2 counters with very slow systems, very little staff support, 1 self-service counter with limited facilities which experiences frequent technical problems and is shut.

Located in the trading estate, where customers don't have much time stand in long queues as need to do quick banking during lunch or at the end of the day, this branch of Lloyds has failed understand its customer needs and requirements. Disappointing in every aspect.
