Worst customer service on peak. I have been their customer from 8 years has realy good credit history and that bank used be very good in customer service years ago but now they treat their customer so badly and show their expression that u actualy feel like they think you are dodgy..

Awful. I came in to put money into an account and got told it is not possible I have to put it in the deposit box even though it's a time sensitive matter. I also asked for £20 worth of coins and got told they don't have any! The whole place is laughable.
