Was helped to change my name by Norma. Extremely friendly and such a happy, helpful lady. She couldn't change it for me, but she photocopied all my ID for me and even got me a pre paid envelope. Honestly, the nicest experience I've ever had at a bank, ever.

Had an appointment today and the staff were so nice and helpful even though they couldn't help me. the lady I spoke to, customer service off the chart. Keep up the good work
Went in this afternoon, air con was a welcome relief. Was dealt with quickly at the counter by a very friendly employee called Sue. I often visit this branch and also the Halifax in Chorley just round the corner. Though in contrast to Santander, every time I visit the Halifax one the members of staff there get on my nerves in some way.
Terrible Bank, Terrible Staff. Santander continues to lose payments sent to my account from customers, Branch/Staff cannot and will not do anything to help Business customers and just send you to the post office. Avoid Santander at all costs

My local branch, staff are always helpful, plenty of cashiers and also 2 touchscreen atms which allow you to deposit cash
