I've only really used the cashpoint machine since they stopped opening on Saturday mornings a few years back. The machine itself is quite effi cuenta but far too loud, and the buttons are (presumably) conveniently misaligned with the screen for the use of wheelchair users but mildly confusing for everyone else. Ho hum.

The opening hours are completely useless/unreasonable to the majority of people, considering most work 9-5. It needs to be open till atleast 19:30 on weekdays and open on Saturdays, because even if they open on Saturdays people would have to wait all week to see an advisor unless they stay open till a reasonable time on weekdays. There are many things we cant do through telephone/online banking so adjusting opening times is vital!

It needs to be open on a Saturday because i work monday to friday and it been closed on a Saturday causes problems

Needs to be open on Saturdays so much for personal banking, I can't get to see anyone personally because I work the same hours you do. Monday to Friday
