best value for money around!! been going to this gym a while now and couldn't be happier, everybody is so friendly and welcoming, along with great new equipment that makes a workout more enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym to anybody looking to start or change their gym

Best gym in town! Loads of new equipment, suitable for all methods of training. Really friendly staff and experianced personal trainers always at hand to help. Would definitely reccomend! And if the gyms not for you they run great fitness classes too.

A good range of sports facilities at very competitive prices. Not the newest or the best, but very good value and helpful staff.

A great place to get fit with like minded people no matter what your level of ability is.  The gym is well equipped and has things other gyms in the area don't and the classes are motivational.
