From the stand point of equipment, and machines it's a good gym .Lots of different gym machinery for every part of your body you want to train .very big ,very well equipped  ,with a gym bag and other things .

Great range of machines and lots of kit so no waiting for equipment even in busy times. Friendly and helpful staff with very good range of supplements/protein bars and shakes.

Great gym. Good personal trainers on hand for any questions you have. Reasonable price.

A nice little gym with decent equipment for a proper weight training workout and a bit of cardio exercise. It's   5-quid for a drop-in and seems pretty cheap for memberships.   Not luxury but for the price you can't go wrong.  Friendly members minding their own business and not hogging equipment which is always a plus.

I had reason to use the sports massage facility at Intershape due to an old sporting injury a fractured neck and injuries caused by a severe fall, another fractured neck, fractured lower spine, damaged AC joint and ligament. @Tetiana Lyha the practicioner was superb. She conducted a very thorough examination and spotted some other problems causing my discomfort and lack of mobility in certain areas. She not only treated the areas of pain but manipulated parts of me that were contributing to my problems. She gave me some exercises to do to increase mobility in the affected areas. She also applied tape to my back and shoulder to improve my posture and support the affected areas Altogether a first class service and I cannot recommend her services highly enough.

Great experience, friendly approachable staff. Outside parking makes it more accessible than Jetts if coming from further afield. Pleased with the PT offering

Excellent place for workouts. There is a separate female section. If you want a nice shape, go to Intershape ;.

Gym equipment is great however summer time is the worst time to go, no air conditioning, not even an fans to circulate the heat. changing rooms are unpleasant, and stinks of cheese, but I guess for £19 a month that what you get, airflow is needed desperately in multiple areas of the gym.

A good gym, they pretty much have everything you need for a full workout. Free weigjts and machines as well as an impressive pull up section. £5 for a session or £10 for a weekly pass. Well worth it.
