I was up to see family and needed a gym for a few weeks. I heard about this place from mates. Seriously serious gym. Old school but with top end equipment. Simply the best. I am based in the south and have tried to hunt out a decent gym like this. They are few and far between and even then they don't match Intershape. Worth coming up from London for.
Some great equipment, all the cleaning products are provided to keep Covid-safe, lovely staff, great location and well maintained. Highly recommended!
Good gym, the equipment is dated but it all works still and I always manage to reach my goals. The location is stellar, the value is good and for those who can find time in the morning it is rarely too busy to get full use out of, plenty of other equipment if something you wanted to use is taken also.
Good value gym with a good range of equipment and classes. Also allows you.to use three sites for the membership, 2 at colne and one at skipton
The gym is very rough around the edges and is a little too small. Frequently you cannot get on what you wish to like a bike or a weight bench as there are only 2 of each. The main concern is weekend opening hours are a little short shutting at 4 meaning anyone who works weekends isnt able to go.
Great gym in Colne
Ok, but only 2 out of 3 bikes working and they needed servicing clunky and rusty!. Otherwise, changing rooms & showers clean and plenty of equipment.
Helpful and looking forward to starting the gym.i told them about my medical problems and they told me what would be best for me
Fantastic gym. Great staff making for a great environment
A bit rough and old fashioned but classes are good. Good Location in town centre and parking
