No45 is a super gym - really welcoming and supportive. There is a great selection of classes and PT programmes are tailored really well to individual needs and goals. Emily is superb and takes a really well rounded approach to fitness, health and well-being. This place comes highly recommended!

Nothing but love for this place!! I have been going to this studio for classes, 1 on 1 training and programming for several months now and It’s the best move I made! No.45 is an intimate and friendly studio with grade A equipment. Ben & Emily support my training goals and push me beyond my assumed limits in a good way their knowledge is second to none and this has informed a new approach I have to lifting. I’m excited to continue on the journey to see where is takes me and I would recommend anyone giving this place a go!
I really enjoy my weekly classes with Ben and Em. The classes are well put together and you are encouraged out of your comfort zone and pushed to keep getting better! Really friendly and a great atmosphere I would recommend to anyone, at any stage of their fitness journey!
Ben is very experienced, this is his vocation. The most welcoming, friendly gym you will ever go to. Started my fitness journey maybe 12 years ago but I've been training more seriously for about the last 5 years. There was a raffle during covid lockdown to win a block of personal training sessions with Ben, I won! Following this I paid for a further 2 blocks with Ben. All the PT's at No45 listen to your goals and work hard with you to achieve them. I have attended several bootcamp classes which were outdoor, hard work but great fun. There are classes for everyone! I have a personal training plan in place currently and attend the weight classes on a Friday night. Ben and Emily have been in my life for a few years now and I really value their expansive knowledge of the fitness industry. I recommend them to everyone!
Ben has been great for building my core strength and tailoring my workout plan to my needs. The mental benefits have been just as good as the physical benefits giving me more confidence to perform at higher levels in sporting activities. Would highly recommend!
Definitely the best gym in Skipton with a variety of specialist training equipment. Ben and the other coaches have a vast knowledge of everything fitness including powerlifting, crossfit, physio rehab and fitness programming for everyone’s goals. Really pleased with the results from my training with the No.45 team.
We myself and my wife have joined 6 weeks ago , I had taken 5 years out of the gym world due to a back injury I was very nervous about my back and weather I could manage it again but after speaking to the team at No45 and attending multiple classes I am now feeling 100% confident again and really starting to get back into shape and got that gym buzz back also there is a great atmosphere and very friendly environment really glad we joined.
Very professional. Listened to what I wanted from my workouts and tailored it to meet my goals. Definitely recommend!
