Don't know about the office personally but I rang them and I must say they were extremely helpful and very sympathetic regarding my situation. They were very reassuring and explained everything that I needed to know in great detail. They were very prompt at sending me what I needed too, and I have to say that when I came off the phone I felt so much better about my situation and understood more clearly what I had to do so THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE GIRL/LADY WHO I SPOKE TO FOR PUTTING ME ON THE RIGHT TRACK
