I temped here at Pertemps West Brom the industrial and driving sector (upstairs) from October to Christmas 2017. My experience here was to say the least awful and I was relieved to have left. Majority of Staff here were passive aggressive and impatient with me, them being clearly unhappy working a mundane rat race job. Senior Industrial Manager, was nothing but an nasty aggressive bully toward me throughout my position here for no reason and once she physically barged into me in the hall and would often raise her voice at me in front of certain staff members(Extremely unprofessional) and unbelievable to think that this behaviour still goes on in the work place in this day and age. To which other temporary workers had also phoned in wanting to complain about her. This was my first job out of university, having no previous experience working for a recruitment company. I also have mild dyslexia, So it would of taken me a while to adjust to new surroundings and pick the work up. Management would never spend the time to explain what I was actually doing wrong just be dismissive toward me. I clearly didn’t fit in here and in all honesty I didn’t want to. Having moved on from Pertemps now working my passion the job i enjoy. Jobs assigned here aren’t based on the candidates enthusiasm or education for the job rather their work history and the recruiters just wanting the money from them being placed in a role. Hi, I am a French welder and I used to live in B'ham for all most 1year and half, I certify that Pertemps gave me a lot of work and jobs opportunities with very good salary that could provide money for me, wife and kids ! It is a very great agency, very friendly and professional ! And I don't know why people rat and review only 1 star but "Il faut de tout pour faire un monde" anyway I am very great full to Pertemps and I definetly recommend them if you are looking for a job mate ! Unfortunately I had to give a star review. If I had the choice is would not give a star at all, the worst company I have ever worked for got injured at one of there work places and always had arguments with the staff. The rudest of them all is Tim, you know who you are. Take my advise your better of not working at all than working for this agency don't care about there staff at all just care about the money you bring them. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!

Never paid right money, than ring up always busy... Worked 18h get paid for 8??? No payslips. Sometimes on payslip 8 hours but still get paid as normal for 20?!. Dont ask for P45 put on Emergency tax code AVOID
