Really helpful and professional staff. I cannot understand the negative comments. Great service always.

Some doctors are really good. Others are rudeness incarnate.

No surgery appointments during the “pandemic”, arranged a phone call with the doctor, never called me. Now can’t even get through to arrange another appointment, they either cut me off or never pick up the phone

Receptionists are clearly doing their best but overall management of this place and levels of care are borderline negligent.

The lovely receptionists here sorted a late-in-the-day prescription for my wife when we really needed it. Been coming here for a year and not had any issues with them, surprised at some of the reviews here.

This is an awful practice, ALWAYS mess up my prescription, make you feel bad if you dont do it their way, Chris the receptionist is just simply the best but unfortunately the rest are not worth a mention. The only way forward is to go private, no more 10 mins app, Private gps give you minimum 30 mins appointment

Shockingly bad. Dangerous. I've had my insulin script refused in the past here. I would literally die without it. Jenny the diabetic nurse is the only saving grace. But I think I'll still have to move. Its simply appaling

The doctors are good but they recently 'updated' their booking system and they have made it 100x worse! It was average before and it's terrible now! They should revert to the old way
