My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here over a year ago online and their customer service was fantastic via email. Today we purchased our wedding bands from their store in-person and it was a really nice experience! I would recommend Samara James to anyone looking to purchase engagement and wedding rings!
Absolutely over the moon with my ring and so was she... The diamond is perfectly flawless and catches your eye from the other side of a room. An absolute masterpiece of an engagement ring. Also a huge thanks to Kian for his expertise and guiding me through the labyrinth which is ring selection.
We used Robb Bradley to purchase our engagement rings over a year ago and couldn't be happier! Robb was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and his enthusiasm positively infectious. His guidance and advice about the rings/styles/materials etc was impressive and he ensured we were happy with everything and all questions answered. He explained the whole process perfectly and was patient with our indecisiveness! We are still delighted with the quality and style of our rings now and our diamonds still sparkling away! Had a great experience choosing a ring for my partner and our engagement. Was not pressure in to buying and not pressured in to going over budget. Was explained in detail the different types of products and diamond gradings and the assistance Ellen took her time to help us. Once the ring was made and I picked it up it look brilliant and was over the moon with finished product. The aftercare they offer also is brilliant. My now fiancé is over then moon with the ring. Would definitely recommend using Samara James

Purchased my wife's engagement ring from here a couple of years ago and unfortunately the diamond had come loose. When I informed Samara James they provided a next day courier service to collect the damaged ring and have completed two repairs over the past month. The customer service team have been very attentive and have shown a lot of empathy in regard to my concerns of such a sentimental ring breaking. I was aligned a dedicated representative from Samara James and they kept me updated on the status and on-going progress of the ring throughout. Following a few conversations with Samara James I am confident that they supply high quality jewellery & will support me post sale which is just as important. Will certainly be the first place I look for future jewellery purchases.
We have purchased an engagement ring & 2 wedding bands. The service & after service has been exceptional. I have had my ring Resized & the bands engraved. All of the above including purchases were carried out by online service. Any staff I contacted by phone e-mail or chat online were so professional & polite. I was kept up to date throughout each step on a regular basis. I would definately recommend this company & will no doubt use it again for future purchases. Overall amazing & exceptional service.
I did not have a single clue about engagement rings so I felt quite overwhelmed when trying to order one. Fortunately I had a lot of help from Henusha who fully enlightened me without any pressure and was down to earth in her advice. The ring itself looks magnificent, and for a fraction of what you would pay a high street jeweller. It arrived a good week before I needed it which was very helpful but was a little big Due to my own miscalculation which was adjusted in less than a week at no cost. All in all a great service, highly recommend.
Samara James made me a beautiful bespoke ring based on the design of another ring my finace had been given by her mother. Suzie was really helpful through each step of the process and produced a detailed 3D CAD drawing so I could see exactly what the ring looked like before finalising the order. The finished ring is truly stunning and my fiancé absolutely loves it. A combination of excellent service, high quality of product, and very reasonable price means I would definitely recommend Samara James.
