I looked at the website and requested several items to be transferred to my nearest store in order to view them. The staff were more than happy to arrange this and did so within a couple of days. They called to confirm I could go into the store at any time. When I did they knew exactly who I was and what I wanted to look at. Service was excellent, Eva couldnt do enough to make my experience a very satisfactory one. I had also visted another of the branches a few weeks ago. The staff there were also extremely helpful. It seems nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all for your friendly and helpful customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend you and return again myself.
My first time using this type of service. Was attended to by Eva Csillag who talked me through the whole procedure. She was very warm and understanding regarding the emotions I felt regarding some sentimental items I had and professional in how she conducted the whole transaction. A very good experience!
Last week I phoned the Weybridge branch and spoke to Ajay, regarding selling my 24ct Gold Coins. I sent the coins by Special Delivery and come the next day after a short telephone conversation I was paid straight away by a Bank Transfer. Ajay was very polite and Well Spoken. Excellent service from Maria who arranged a ring to be transferred from Chelsea to Weybridge. Very warm and efficient service from Ajay at the Weybridge branch, nothing was too much trouble for him and so now i have a very happy future wife! Ajay has even gone to the trouble of arranging a Tiffany box to be sent out to us. Excellent experience all round

I brought in a few Odds and ends in gold - a broken gold bracelet, 1 gold earring etc etc and was really chuffed to be offered £465!! Of course I accepted and Ajay Mulji who served me processed the transaction and the money was in my account within an hour or I could have been paid in cash! Brilliant service and a good return for the gold.
I visited the Weybridge store on two occasions when staying in the area recently.  I’m a handbag fanatic so the diverse display in the window caught my eye!  I wasn’t sure initially if people were allowed in off spec but I was made to feel very welcome. Browsing the wide range of stock was a pleasure and Namaste and Ajay were both friendly and helpful and supported me in making my purchase. I’ve not been before but will definitely call again next time I am in the area.  The shop was clean, well presented and all staff were friendly and welcoming.  Well worth a visit. Thank you.
