This place used to be of an alright quality and a good price. Prices have gone up now and quality has gone down. When I ordered 3 wings and fried for £!.50 you got well made wings. Now its £2.00 and your wings have broken bones sticking out and now they use the lower down part of the wing with 2 small bones.

I have to say that I have tried Sam's twice and have always been quite disappointed. The kids box meal is good value for money but my children really disliked the burger and to be honest when I tasted it I could understand why it was very processed and even though we had to wait for it to be freshly cooked as non were available at the time it did not taste very nice at all. The kids box meal comes with hot wings! Just a suggestion to anyone from sams that may be reading it could be much better if it came with strips instead as this would be more suitable for children. So out of the box meal my kids ate the chips which is not really brilliant nor filling. I have to say that the service is very quick (when the food is ready). After I had ordered and paid for the items after the lady had already put the hot wings into the boxes and put them on top of the fryer hood (not underneath the light which would have kept them warm) she politely informed me that the chicken patty for the burgers are going to take five minutes to cook. Okay that's fine as at least they would be fresh. If I had not have asked if they are going to change the wings as they had been left out In the box and not even in the heat lamp I would have been given it as normal. Once the order was ready I was handed my food in the bag and when I asked the lady for my Pepsi that I had paid for separately she checked back on the till records to see if I had bought one even though it was sat on the side counter behind her. So sorry sams I'm afraid I will not be using your shop again

I am very disappointed in the horrible service these guys have given. And they have given me horrible service more than once. I had asked for fresh chips because they always give out chips that have been fried over and over again. If I am paying so much money for your food then I have the right to ask for fresh food because that is what they promise as well. On top of all that, the delivery guy couldn't find our house and then on top of that he was so rude by the way he spoke to us and he blamed us that it was our fault for giving him the 'wrong' address when we had given him the right address. And when we received the food, the food was cold. I am not going to order from these guys again and guys trust me specially this specific shop of sams give horrible service so don't waste your money and time please.

I wanted to order delivery home, the lady who spoke to me today was so rude and she hung up on me the phone,so I couldn’t order!, these kind of rude attitude towards customers are unacceptable

Omg cant believe what the previous reviewer said, I thought it only happened to me!!! They hate when you ask for freshly fried chips and will give you chips that have been fried over and over or chips which are barely luke warm!!! the food taste great when its fresh but thats very rare so i tend to ask when I can be bothered despite the faces they make when you do ask. But there is one woman in particular who looks like she is from europe who is so rude, never smiles and gives you the most baby portion of chips even if you pay for large, I'm literally talking mcdonalds happy meal size, I dread when I go in and she has to serve me tbh, the other lady who looks more hispanic is abit better but is still very rude tbh but not so mean with the portion sizes. I think the staff in there need some additional customer service training!!!
