Pizza Hut Delivery

I would not even rate this 1*. Promised 30 minutes or less: received a call 30 min later stating no ingredients (olives) then 45 min later caught the delivery guy walking around the road with the pizza boxes out in the cold and wind... the manager Joanne I believe kindly apologised to me and was understanding, unfortunately she didn't keep her word and put my credit on the system and when I just phoned up got told to go fish. Frankly I think somebody needs to get fired. I also never right bad reviews.

We've been regular customers of this pizza hut for the past 2 years. We ordered two pizzas on the 1st January and it was the worst quality pizza we have gotten so far. It was as though we had ordered tomato sauce pizza as all you could taste was the sauce which tasted uncooked. It's a shame to say it was one the worse pizza's we've had delivered to us.

Ordered at 11.08pm online on Saturday night. Got confirmation email explaining delivery would take between 35-45 mins. Pizza was never delivered. Kept ringing but store had closed by then. Payment accepted too. Absolute disgrace. Never ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.

DO NOT ORDER IN THIS STORE. They are rude and horrible people. The staff called jasmine is very argumentative and a lady called dyana is very unfriendly. They wont assist you when they give u bad order. They are not nice handling complains and very unprofessional about everything. The thin crust pizza they sell is soggy. They will pass you around customer care to handle complaints. YOU WILL BE SORRY IN THE END. HORRIBLE STORE. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews first, before ordering at this particular franchise. Order was delivered after 2 hours, incomplete and with stone cold pizzas. On top of it, rude customer service, every time I called they were saying” it will be there in minutes”. I wish them happy bankruptcy
