A massive thank you to Sam and his team; they have been friendly, helpful, professional and genuinely lovely throughout the sale of my house which made a potentially stressful time much easier. The ladies who introduced viewers were great, the little cards they leave are a lovely touch. The valuation and sign up were transparent and gave me confidence. Through to the tireless efforts of Zac in progressing the sale and getting us to a comfortable completion date by pulling the chain together. Really can't recommend Sam's team highly enough, you're in safe hands with them.
Excellent in every respect. The Sam Chivers team have an outstandingly good knowledge of the local area and market prices. They found a buyer for our property very quickly and they were very helpful and proactive in keeping the whole property transfer chain moving along. A very professional team whom I recommend wholeheartedly.

The initial valuation, advertising and viewings were carried out enthusiastically and professionally and having accepted an offer, the sales process was equally as good.
