Having recently completed on our sale and purchase, I have nothing but praise for Lisa and the team at Andrews. Being in the middle of an elongated chain, our overall process has been far from smooth and it felt like Lisa was the only person, of all the agents and solicitors, who really cared about us as people and took a proactive approach in getting the sale over the line. I don't plan to move again soon, but I would definitely recommend Andrews to anyone else in the area.
Finished supporting my elderly parents last month in a purchase of a property from Andrews, which was a complicated process with a challenging chain. The entire team at Andrews both at Midsomer Norton and Bath Bear Flat have been incredible. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, but the team at Andrews made me feel at ease and confident. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone if I had a question and I was kept up-to-date on progression. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Andrews again.
The team at Andrews in Midsomer Norton have been fantastic from start to finish. In particular Holly and Lisa who have been our main contacts. We were always kept up to date and they ensured that our sale went through as smoothly as possible.
Lisa, Donna & Holly are phenomenal! As soon as Andrews were given the instruction to sell our house, they worked really quickly to get us lots of viewings. They never failed to come back to us with the feedback and we were sold within a matter of weeks. Sadly, we lost our 1st buyers after 6 weeks, and the team were quick to act with re-marketing the house. Luckily the house sold again fairly quickly. Unfortunately, there ended up being several issues further down the chain with buyers pulling out but the MSN team were AMAZING! They worked tirelessly with the solicitors and other estate agents within the chain and kept us posted with regular updates. Eventually they brought it all together so we finally exchanged yesterday. Throughout this 10 month journey, Lisa, Donna and Holly were so positive, supportive, and re-assuring during the most stressful times. They listened to rants and tears along the way but, they were so invested in making this happen, I trusted that it would. And it did! I would recommend this team over any other, if you want to sell your property :-

The team at Andrews helped so much with my first time purchase. Very good communication throughout, very on top of things and perfect attention to detail.
