Our SILVER Service is for landlords who want to manage their property but utilise an agent to receive and process rents, renew tenancies OR bring tenancies to an end as required.

Our Bronze Service is an option for experienced landlords who wish to actively manage the property and tenancy themselves.

Paulette has been selling homes since 1990 with a passion for the business as fresh today as it was back then. Many years experience that is put to good use understanding buyers and sellers needs, problem solving and guiding clients through ups and downs to a happy conclusion.

Charlie Rivett
Head of Residential Lettings
Charlie joined Bishop & Company in 2015 having previously worked in a senior position for a specialist local lettings agent. He has worked in the property industry for over 10 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of lettings and property management. In 2014 he successfully achieved a formal qualification (Level 3 Technical Award in Lettings & Property Management).
