Cooper and Tanner provided an efficient and professional service from valuation to completion. Tanya and her team laised with us every step of the way and were instrumental in us securing a sale price right on their initial valuation. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I feel very fortunate to have had Cooper and Tanner as my agent for my recent property transaction. Tanya and her team provided exceptional service throughout the whole process, providing regular updates and responding promptly to enquiries. They were a key player in maintaining communication between all parties and I can't thank them enough for helping me in my move to my new home.
We were very impressed with Cooper and Tanner we received excellent customer service. Everyone we dealt with made the whole process very straightforward and were available to help the entire time. Everyone went above and beyond and kept the communication flowing so we were always aware of what was going on
The team have been very helpful to us from our first viewing to the completion of our First property. They kept in contact with us regularly to check everything was going well with our solicitors etc. They were always polite and helpful on the phone and genuinely seemed pleased for us at each stage of the purchase, from; offer being accepted to the keys being in their hands ready for us to collect. Although I've had no other experience of any other estate agent to compare with, I will definitely recommend these guys and would happily use them again.
Very professional service. Good at keeping in touch when you don't live locally.
