Good 4G football pitch. Parking can be an issue if there are lots of games going on particularly Saturday morning when the kids are playing.

Dog walking paradise. Lots of smells for the fur babies. Nice hide for birdwatching. Regular foxes. Great view of Tamar bridge and of the Celtic Cross. Pilgrim pitch has football there at weekends. Skate park and other bits for kids. Some interesting artworks there. Love the place.

Nice area by the water. There is a football pitch courtesy of a national bank, a skate park and a play park all set in a green space which is good for walking, jogging or relaxing. Limited parking though.
