Absolutely shocking. I trusted the salon and stylist with my hair. Will never go back again. My hair was in good condition when I attended, it is now so damaged!! Too much bleach applied. It now looks chicken yellow!! And don’t get me started on the cut! All I can say is the lady needs to go on a refresh course!! I’ve never had someone cut the front 2inches shorter then the back, when I requested a blunt Cut. Which is the same all the way around For what I paid the stylist had no clue. The worst hair salon in town!!! I have dyed my hair here and after i leave the salon the back of my head was full of hair dye and wet! I return to them to fix it and the women in there just spilled water on all of my back!! The “professional” hair dye last until first wash! They have no idea what they are doing in there! One lady near me stayed with bleach in her hair over 2 hours!!! Shocking! This salon shouldn’t have the right to work!Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

I went for my 1st appointment here after recommendations from several friends, the staff are very friendly. I had a restyle and was very happy with the cut and service I received,  would highly recommend.

This is hands down the best hair stylist I've found in Hereford.  Really friendly and professional,  very fast replying to messages, and always take the time to discuss what you are hoping for. A very happy customer indeed

Absolutely brilliant. Have just taken my daughter  India for a haircut. Cant remember who cut her hair but she was a diamond. Even squeezed me in for a cut as well. So friendly and she makes a top cup of tea

I got the individual eyelash extensions done here and removed. They look amazing, especially if you want a more classic lash look! Totally recommend, really good service when having them applied and removed. Thank you

Friendly, chatty staff, lots of good advice and no pushing to sell products. Fair prices, stressless. Only down side is that it's cash only but there's a cash machine in the corner shop at the end of the street. Free parking on the street and offers other treatments such as nails, lashes and so on. Will defo go back, covid guidance adhered to and hand sanitiser provided at the door, mask wearing requested, professional and welcoming. Would recommend, thanks .

Had eyelash extensions for the first time and my eyebrows tinted not happy at all the right one was not clued down properly in the corner I've tried brushing them in to place and now the lashes are not sitting right in the corner my eyebrows look shocking not a good experience £50 down the drain

It's really welcoming and staff are friendly. It's light and airy with lots of room to move around. I have beauty treatments done with the Beautician who was fantastic. I would highly recommend here.
