I had never heard of the Address before they moved into Hereford City Centre. I then booked myself and a friend in to have manicure and pedicure as a treat for my friend's birthday. The staff were so kind, really friendly and experienced. Its lovely to go somewhere and feel like they are actually interested in a conversation with you. We felt so relaxed afterwards. I more recently went back for a haircut. Following a mix up with the appointment day/time they were so apologetic and offered me a discount. I was SO pleased with my haircut Roberto was easy to talk to and so professional. His wife was also lovely chatting to me as I was the only one in there. My new favourite place, reasonable prices for the quality you get and so accessible! Thank you everyone xx

I had a nail appointment today with Abbie and she was amazing, she was very professional and I’m very happy with the outcome of the nails. Everyone in there seems very friendly, I’m very pleased with my nails and I’ll definitely be returning to get them done again. Keep up the good work guys and you’ll definitely be one of the best places around town! X

Went into this salon as I was happy to support a new local business. Very disappointed with the outcome having left the salon with yellow hair. After having two second opinions both professional hairdressers were appalled at the outcome. The salon however did put a toner on my hair two days later, although that didn’t resolve the problem. Did ask for my money back, however was refused.

First visit today after having over a year of not visiting any hair salon. From the moment I stepped in felt relaxed,  i was warmly greeted and treated like an individual.  Roberto was reassuring and suggested a good cut. I trusted his judgement, so glad. I've booked in again. Not only that I've booked in to visit Raven next week  to have her help me with my unruly eyebrows. Brilliant place.

I have visited this salon many times now . Every time i have been warmly welcomed by both  Roberto and Deborah  , both are very  lovley  welcoming people  . 
I have been having my hair done with Roberto . I was stuck in a rut , having short  hair trying  too grow a bob out . I now have long locks with a current new colour . 
With having  short  hair i wouldn't  of thought i could  have exstensions. Roberto said he had an idea and i trusted his  judgement  and glad i did . 
I now have the tape exstensions, they  are so comfty, easy too look after  and blend in so well with my hair . Roberto is very talented  and hes not scared too do something  different  ( which i find many salons are ) 
I have booked in next week too have my nails done with Deborah and i cant wait . Deborah  is passionate  about beauty and  also extremely talented . 

If your  after a unique , different  , relaxed , modern experience  this salon is for you .
