Very good, clean and spent a long time cutting my cuticles, shaping my nails and getting the hard skin off my feet. Painted my toes beautifully too. They are cash only though.
Absolutely terrible service, waited 3 hours to then finally have my acrylics put on, absolutely disgusting they smudged them up then told me they were dry and let me go, five minutes later they were completely ruined as they let me out with wet nails telling me they were dry I went back and they served me straight away, a week later they all snapped straight off and chipped. I do not recommend it whatsoever a waste of £50!
OK for a rough job not impressed with having to buy a nail file to smooth off the edges. But it was what it was.
Lady was really rude who started to do my nails, when I requested coffin shape nails but not to long she began to argue that it looks silly to have coffin shape nails if you want them short-ish really not even that short like mid-length and I should have told her this before she cut them. I have never had this problem before, as far as I was aware coffin is a nail shape and is not relevant to the length of the nail. She was so annoyed by this request that het colleague had to take over and I was left feeling embarrassed. Wonder what she would say if she didn’t like the colour choice of your nails? Don’t go here. Coco nails is better!
Went in at 4pm to get my nails taken off and have a new set put on and they said to come back in an hour. So at 4.50 I went back I was waiting until 5.15 for them to turn around and say they didn’t have time to do my nails today as they close at 6 and told me to come back tomorrow. No I won’t come back tomorrow or ever because the service was appalling. I visited here because Hereford Nails was closed and that is where I always go so I will never return here. Awful people and awful place.
Got acrylic nails done by a young lad and it was awful. He was rude and rolled his eyes when I didn’t understand what he said. Didn’t give me a chance to choose a colour I wanted or show me a colour wheel etc. My nails are uneven lengths. Not straight and not nail has a hole in. I would not recommend and will not return
They are always very busy especially towards end of week - so best to make appointment if anything special - they are so friendly competent and make me feel relaxed - and nails look good for several weeks considering how fast they work
Poor Quality nails and service, 3 nails break in a week...and then told to pay to fix them! Do not waste your money here, go anywhere else. I will NOT be returning or recommending
