The friendly welcome you receive here in this lovely salon is fantastic. I have had many back massages, and I am soon drifting off into total relaxation. The atmosphere in the salon is pure tranquillity, and I always rebook an appointment. This salon is simply the best there is.

I visited Chrissie last week for the first time and I have to say she is now my new beautician. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. My gel nails I had done look as good as the day she did them. I highly recommend

This is the most wonderful gem in hereford. Firstly the salon is beautiful, the atmosphere absolutely relaxing, the staff are kind, gentle and genuinely friendly too. The range of treatments is broad and fabulous. Prices are very reasonable. Products used are top of the range. I totally recommend the head in the clouds massage - I've never felt so relaxed in my life afterwards! Finally...I cannot recommend the retreat highly enough. SO glad I found it!!

The Retreat, is a amazing, the lovely lady that owns it, she so helpful, very easy to talk to. I'd recommend a place 100% and her prices are very good too. Go and see her, or give her a call.

What a great place. This is a little gem in the heart of Hereford. Chrissie is very friendly and I got the real pamper experience. Highly recommended.
