Well all I can say is what a difference in this store since I last visited... excellent service, very friendly and knowledge staff, and a fantastic range of products .. also noticed they have a click n collect service..   10 out of 10 Sally's..

Has a great selection of beauty products and the staff were helpful and really nice

I am absolutely appalled by the staff at this Sallys branch. If I were able to give 0 stars I would. As soon as I walked into the store I felt uncomfortable. Both members of staff were standing together chatting and did not even bat an eyelid as I was entering the store. I approached a member of staff to enquire about shampoo, the employee sheepishly pointed to a shampoo and then walked away leaving myself and my partner confused. I asked a second employee about heat protecting spray hoping she would be more helpful and enthusiastic however I found that she was just as rude and ignorant as the other employee and neither of them seemed to know much about the products in store. I looked around the store some more to see if I could find anything suitable when a gentleman walked into the store, as soon as he walked in he was greeted by both employees and was asked if he needed assistance where as I received no such treatment. I understand people have bad days however I have been to this branch a few other times and have received a similar service. I decided I did not want to spend any of my hard earned money in this store after experiencing such bad service. Having previously worked in retail I understand there should be a strong emphasis on customer service and product knowledge.

I popped into Sally Glasgow Union Street not sure what I was looking for to lighten my roots!!  as I have naturally dark hair and have gone silver/ white. I was approached by a very polite helpful girl who pointed me in the right direction!! I was very impressed by her knowledge, professionalism and interest in what I was saying and looking for. I asked her Manager to give me her name as she is one very valued member of staff. Her name is Toni!! I would just like to say a big Thank You for all your help. I have used the shampoo this morning love it spot on and my roots are being done tonight xx Keep being Special. Kind regards Lesley x

Went to pick up items for someone, they gave me their trade card. Girl that was serving has massive attitude “ canny do that , it came into force in November” I said alright okay, I said I have used since then for them. She proceeds to make a drama calling on other member of staff. The other member of staff looks so embarrassed and said it’s due to the new data protection act. Procided to advise that only was effective from 25/05/18 and your colleague advised November 2017. Both looked like they could be blown over with a feather. Staff member that was serving needs a lesson on customer service and how to deal with situations rather than exploding and being defensive. Eventually just walked out as at one point thought she was going to want a fight was pathetic. If theses comments are looked at by management I would seriously consider organising some training or new staff. If can’t be done say that and not lie and make stories. Been using the shops for years and wouldn’t go in that shop again.

went in and asked about a good set of hair clippers to be told they don't know much about clippers and to go speak to a barbers why have staff that don't know about clippers given clippers are used in just about every hair dressers the world over

Brilliant staff... very welcoming providing the best customer service they possibly can. Messed up a few times with my hair and they always point me in the right direction so thankful!
