Exceptional service & treatments! This is now my go-to place in Bristol for massage, beauty treats and completely feeling very very pampered! I love Saks so much I treat my Come Network With Me members to VIP Experiences there! Everyone loves the manicures, facials and make-overs as well as the super friendly welcome we always receive from the lovely owner Donna and her awesome team.  I can't wait to go back again really soon!

From the minute I walked into Saks, Donna welcomed me like an old friend.  The salon is lovely and has a really luxurious feel about it and the staff are really friendly, but not over the top.  I had a skin analysis with Donna which was so interesting and revealing!  I now know exactly what skin type I have and came away with recommendations for products and treatments which are good for my skin type.  I would definitely recommend Saks and can't wait to go back soon for another treatment!

Amazing experience at Saks Beauty, Bristol.  This was my third visit there, and each and every time the service was impeccable and the treatments were wonderful.  This time it was a manicure which was amazing and I felt like a million dollars as I left the salon.  I highly recommend anyone visit there for any of the treatments!  5*

I've been to SAKs a number of times now and always find it to be such a friendly, personable and professional salon.  Donna and her team are always so welcoming on arrival and you feel as if you are their priority the minute you walk in the door.  I've experienced a super relaxing back massage, a Decleor facial and a whole body massage and if all the therapists are as good as Bea, you can't go wrong! The treatment room was warm and cosy, the main salon is decorated beautifully and always smells heavenly. I think it's clear that I will most definitely be returning! Thanks Donna and the rest off the SAKs team.

My friend and I left feeling totally relaxed yesterday after amazing facials and massages. Donna was really kind and accommodating, particularly because of personal circumstances there was a long delay between my enquiry and actual booking. Treat yourself at Saks Bristol when you get the chance. I'm starting a 'Saks Pot' to save up for our next visit... ;-

From the moment I walked in I felt my stress start to lift from my shoulders.  The salon is beautiful and service is excellent.  I would highly recommend Saks Beauty to anyone who wants to be pampered and come away feeling like they have had a real treat!

I went from Donna for my wedding makeup.. and what to say...amazing ! Really loved the makeup she made for me. She is very professional and perfect in doing her job..absolutely the best and recommended if you have any special occasion and want to look amazing for the special day. Will come back again . On both occasions that I entered the salon I was treated like I was their priority. The make up lesson I had on my first trip was so useful and helpful. I can now apply make up much better than before and I know a few tricks that make me look better too. My second visit I received a facial which was great. My skin felt so much better. I will be returning. Thank you Ladies. :

This is a lovely salon.  I've been back many times for massages and facials.   The salon is luxurious and Donna and her staff and very welcoming and friendly which makes every visit a lovely relaxing experience.   Highly recommended.

I have visited Saks several times now for facials, massage and eyebrow shaping. The service has been 5 star every time and the staff cannot do enough for you whilst you are there! i would definitely recommend a visit and have already booked my next appointment :
