Great Store! Came in here before Christmas looking for a ring. They kindly measured my son's finger and ordered the signet ring. This arrived the following weekvery quick and they honoured the price quoted to us when we ordered the ring, rather than adjusting to the current price of gold. Great gift for Christmas and excellent service all in, 10/10 jeweller!
What do you do when you have inherited jewellery from loved ones that you will never wear? You turn them into a unique piece that means something special. Dominic and his team at Sakakini helped me achieve this so beautifully. I can now smile at this new piece of jewellery, wear it and remember them. Huge thanks. I would thoroughly recommend them to deliver this aim for anyone.
After discovering this jewellers over a year ago, we have been back quite a few times to get presents from family for my 21st birthday. I have a very large family who all wanted to get me something I could keep. All the staff were extremely helpful and had no problem adhering to a budget. Jewellery is very personal taste and I felt welcomed by the staff and could express my opinions on pieces freely and comfortably. Their wide collection of pre-loved items are lovely and reasonably priced. We have been back many times with jewellery from other places that needed repairing, mostly done either in front of us or the same day! I could not recommend the whole team more.
Dominic and his staff were so helpful. I had gold chain/sovereign and a lovely pocket watch which i needed a valuation on. The valuation was done that day!!! Brilliant. Dominic also suggested ways i could sell the items. I will be back and would throughly recommend them.
I brought in a silver bracelet that I had bought online that was too large. They removed a couple of links whilst I did some other shopping. Within the hour it was all fixed - for a very reasonable £10. Despite it being a very small job, their service was superb. They took such care and I will definitely use them again.
These lovely people have repaired, beautifully, two pieces of jewellery for me in the past and then, recent, made me a bespoke pendant from a stone from the beach: It's beautiful, it's personal and I love it.
Fantastic service, repaired my ring which had a diamond missing and now looks like new, also traded in some old bits of jewellery and got a very good price. Staff very helpful
Excellent jewellers very helpful lovely stock have had custom pieces made and jewellery cleaned. Don’t go anywhere else in Horsham these guys are great.
Absolutely wonderful and friendly people who helped myself and my fiancée find our perfect rings! Couldn’t say enough nice things about this place! #recommend
I wanted to get my gold bracelet and necklace shortened today, and did not want to have them sent away and wait 2 weeks as other jewellers advised. Sakakini not only did both within the hour but polished them both beautifully too!! Very happy
