I went to 3 jewelers with my Baume and mercier capel watch they all said they could'nt refurb it as deep scratches on the bezel said I would have to send back to the manufacturer and get a new part. James Stephens took on the job and did an AMAZING job the timepiece is as perfect as the day i purchased !!!

Took my watch in for repair, and although it couldn't be repaired the staff were very friendly and tried their best to fix my watch. I would definitely recommend and use again.

A superb jeweller and clock/watch repairer right in the centre of town. They are friendly and efficient. I recommend this shop to everyone!
