Date of purchase - Feb 7 2022, This ring was carried to USA, worn first on Feb 10 2022.. there are marks on the inside of the ring.. it's a silver and gold ring, costed 175 GBP.. noticed marks on Feb 24 2022.. tried cleaning it thinking it was a stain or dirt but no, it is not, it is deteriorating layer and I suspect they are having a silver outer layer and fooling customers.. asked my wife to take it back on her return to UK, and ask for replacement.. pics included This place is dodgy at best, from other reviews, don't buy from it.. in two weeks a ring deteriorated like that, and I have worn other silver rings for the last 14 years, definitely something is not right, may be intentional
It’s an absolute pleasure being able to give 5 stars 10 if I could. I have a beautiful Celtic cross that I needed to buy a chain for as I unfortunately broke the original. I went into the shop and explained my predicament and the sales lady was brilliant giving me great advice and selling me absolutely what I needed. A credit to the company. Thank you.
Lovely customer service by lady named Nala. I think she may have been abit new however she really went out her way to find the information we were looking for. Myself and my husband ended up purchasing 3-4 items in the end!
Visited the crawley branch on 13/03/22.I was looked after by a girl name Aji.Great customer service skills and always smiling.She made my day.Good luck to her.
Assistant was unhelpful. Had an I can't be bothered attude. Apparently the shop can order customer items however these "don't always turn up". Was told to go online for any items I wanted. Asked for a specific ring size and rather than say sorry we don't have it brought the size smaller and said it'll probably fit. Shocking service. Disappointed

Quality cheapish jewellery but not a massive choice. Staff were extremely polite her name badge said Cat and very patient and honest about their products and my wife trying on various rings. A great place to shop.
AVOID THIS JEWLLERS HAPPY FOR YOU TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THERE STORES BUT UNWILLING TO REFUND IT IF YOU DONT WANT THE ITEMS ANYMORE ITS DISGUSTING HOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT
