I am appalled on how I saw these three girls get treated today being accused of stealing after putting a body lotion on a shelf and a pack of water balloons , I do this all the time if I don’t want to buy something I put it back on the shelf , they also weren’t keeping this private it was in the middle of an aisle getting in the way of fellow shoppes like myself I find quite strange that an old man was following theses girls who did not look much older than 10 around a shop when they weren’t doing anything wrong but shopping like everyone else in the shop sort this out !!!!AND I WILL NOT RETURN I WILL STICK TO TESCO AND ALDI
I am a regular shopper at this store and I have always found the staff polite, friendly and courteous, with the exception of my experience today Saturday 13th July. I came through checkout number 25 at around 3.30pm and was dealt with by a young woman that obviously didn’t want to be there. She neither look at nor spoke to me, she threw my shopping across the scanner and at me down the packing area, when she had finished scanning she just sat there. She did not tell me how much my shopping had cost nor did she ask me if I had a nectar card, she was too busy texting on her mobile phone. I scanned my nectar card and paid for my shopping, still not a word from her. I asked her what her checkout number was, she shrugged and said ‘dun no’, as I walked away the customer behind me shouted after me that it was checkout number 25. I went to customer services and spoke to a lovely lady who said she would report the incident. I have never complained about a member of staff anywhere before but I am so angry at how rude this young woman was that I felt I had to make a comment.
Didn't visit the supermarket we went to the Starbucks within the building food was OK but there was no toilets available . You couldn't use them as they were boarded up due to building work in the supermarket.

This is a small, though very convenient, supermarket that keeps its shelves well stocked. Great selection of fresh vegetables & fruit. Still retains manned tills. We've been doing our weekly shop there for 10 years.
Need more child and doable parking space because I with my child find very hard to find parking space in Altrincham Sainbury’s so please get more child or disabled parking space!
Nice local shop for basic grocery needs. Helpful and nice staff.

Fortunately, there are self-service pay terminals , so you don't have to tolerate the stroppy attitudes of some of the checkout staff at the tills.
Good selection of produce and meat got my list with ease although the counter pizza I got the kids however was dreadful avoid it was a waste of six quid was more sauce than on the
