Not my usual local sainsbury's but Naveed was very kind to help me locate a couple items. Olivia is really sweet and bubbly and brightened my day at the till too!

Incredibly rude staff, in particular a girl wearing the name badge Ashley. The way in which I was treated when buying cigarettes was as if I were a criminal or a shoplifter. Staff should be trained not to judge a book by its cover. I do not believe that the 'it's our 'policy' excuse for the way I was treated is acceptable. Learn to respect your customers and not treat them in a derogatory manner. I am appalled by the actions of Ashley. This kind of person should not be dealing face to face with customers.

Bakery lady is not looking after customers. Bakery products missing in the morning. Bakery is left on trays instead of putting them on shelves when they are still fressh and warm. Bakery lady seemed clearly annoyed that I asked her for croissants. If you are in a bad mood and customer facing, be professional and make and effort.

I like Sainsbury's but this one is very disappointing. It's the nearest one to my work yet I still prefer going to the other one in great suffolk st as in this one the selection of product is very poor (and not just because it's small) and many time there are missing products.

Hardly any sandwich’s on the shelves, poor selection despite the location. The security guard’s always follow around the store for no reason. Disappointing!
