Order 12 beers for a party, shop support looks at the phone and goes yeah we can offer you 4 instead. Ask for another replacement of a 10 pack, wait 30 seconds and they decide yeah just offer em 3 instead btw we have replaced exactly half your order. You can’t write it man just absolutely abysmal.
This Sainsbury’s store is in a very busy retail park location. The pedestrian crossing directly outside the store is extremely busy and can feel somewhat dangerous at times, so it’s definitely a hazard people need to be aware of. Parking is available, and disability parking is particularly accessible, which is a real positive.nThe store is generally well stocked, and I don’t mind the overall layout. I also like the newer entrance system with automatic barriers for clear entry and exit, which helps with flow. Having a Greggs inside the store is very handy and convenient.nCustomer service, however, is hit and miss — it can be a good experience one day and less so the next, particularly around the kiosk area. While the kiosk itself is usually well stocked, it often looks cluttered and can feel cold, unclean, and uninviting.nOne downside of the location is that there is almost always someone begging outside the store. For some customers, this can feel off-putting or intimidating, especially given that the surrounding area isn’t particularly welcoming. Overall, it’s a useful and convenient store, but there are areas where the environment and consistency of service could be improved.

What an awful experience. We had an issue with the coupon printer. I stated this was unfair as they said due to the printer being broke we can’t redo the voucher or find any vouchers which were printed. I stated to the women this was unfair and apparently this is rude to say that. She called the manager over. The manager then sorted the situation as the member of staff has done. I will be posting a public photo as by law I can do this but she was extremely rude and I’ll be making a complaint to the head office. Well done on getting sacked.
There is plenty of parking, a cash machine outside, a Costa machine near sandwiches inside with the toilets to the left after the entrance. Good selection of food, clothes and homeware across the store. Always friendly, helpful staff. Argos counter at the end of checkouts. Couple of car charging points available.
