The Westhoughton store is not very welcoming as the staff at the checkout are usually ok but there customer service when serving me isn’t acceptable as they tend to treat me like a stranger they look down at me when I smile,nI have been out priced twice on items from Lyndsey this has been done on purpose and is disrespectfulnnThere isn’t anything worth buying like other supermarkets prices are to high and when there’s no baskets how do they expect customers to carry there items should be replaced with baskets when running low on them or aren’t any therenI won’t be no longer shopping in this store especially when the service isn’t good

Good well stocked clean store, never too busy and friendly staff.

Shop was OK but the woman on the till was very rude I was polite she was giving me dirty looks and when asked for two shopping bags she gave one and charged me for two I have seen her before last year and she was rude then if she doesn't like her job then get another one

Quite a large store, usually busy and big queues at the checkouts. Can find quite a lot of nice unique items here for a decent price. I enjoyed looking around here at this store. However there needs to be more staff on checkouts at times as the queue sometimes goes all the way down every isle near the checkout, and during Covid that’s a bit of a worry.

Excellent choice of goods at fair price
