I had a very disappointing experience because of the rude and dismissive attitude of a young blonde lady at the till. Her behavior was unpleasant and unprofessional from start to finish.nnI said hello twice and was completely ignored. While scanning my shopping, she handled my products carelessly, throwing them so roughly that some fell on the floor. It felt hostile and disrespectful. I don’t understand why someone would work in customer service if they clearly dislike dealing with people.nnEven after all of that, I remained polite and said goodbye, but once again I was met with silence. This experience completely ruined my day, and because of it, I’d rather shop at Aldi from now on.

Took the day off during the week and decided to go shopping in my first visit to the LIDL near me.nIt was peaceful and quiet during the week and afternoon.nI was able to shop in a very serene environment, and the aisle looked clean with items well arranged on the shelves, although there were a few hazards like pallets on the way while the staffs were stacking the items on the shelves.nGot virtually all I needed,some I could not locate, and no one was available to assist.nOn getting to the counter for payment, the queue started building up, and there was one till assistant lady.nWas not impressed with her approach and behavior to a black guy she attended to, though.nThe guy's  fabric conditioner spilled due to the fault of the till assistant .nShe had to tell him to go outside the store and enter back again and get another one which is not polite.When she should have either called someone who is a staff to bring another one or allow him to pass through the other  empty till.nI reckon she won't have spoken to me like that or treated me that way.nHowever ,I would suggest retraining staff and also ensuring more employees are proactive when there are queues at the till.

I live next to a Lidl in Westthoughton, Bolton, BL5nI'm absolutely devastated. The young people at the checkout are constantly cheating me. They constantly scan the same item twice. But they make sure the receipt is big enough so it doesn't stand out. It's something like 2-3 pounds, and they know no one will make a fuss over such a small thing. But it's happened to me four times already... Lidl, you are disgusting. I don't understand how this is possible... I hope this comes back to you.

Never have any issues normally but the 2 I did was with the same arrogant cashier  called Alan I think zero customer service previously made a complaint to head office for him to be rude and double down regarding the complaint I previously made 2 weeks ago ,  annoying to the point I would rather not go when he is on shift he is awful

Ignorant cashier with no manner never says please or thank you . Young blonde girl with 0 customer skills.
