Good selection, usually stocked. Need to open more tills as you usually have to wait a while even though staff are just standing round. Fairly priced. Most staff are very friendly and nice

Often have to queue at the checkouts because only half are open even when busy. Fresh fish is ok but butchery counter is basic. Selection is middle of the road; not as good as newer stores but better than smaller ones. I think Sainsbury's need to revamp their offer.

Love the locality of the store and all the staff are really nice. BUT if you go over to the new way of doing the sainsburys card I.e. being forced to have the app to get offers myself and my daughter will not be shopping here any more and my daughter spend a lot per week.

The new customer service arrangements are poor compared with the previous desk. I had to wait a long time for a member of staff to deal with my issue, and then had to go to another till to resolve it. Not good. Other things like store, quality, price all good.
