I’m not the sort to complain, but as my closest supermarket I’ve been visiting this Sainsbury’s for knocking on 10 years and, particularly recently, the standard and efficiency of the service at the self checkout is absolutely awful. I’m not stupid, I know when there is 1 person looking after multiple people with flashing red lights, you wait your turn, but the amount of times I’m just outright ignored. Stood there like a lemon whilst the staff stand around gawking, or wandering past me like I’ve just cracked human invisibility. Sort it out, stop treating your customers like they don’t exist.
Flys in the bakery add a nice bit of protein to snacks
The quality of food in this store is completely substandard. The veg is always rotting and mouldy. Astonished that they actually think it's acceptable they can charge consumers for such a state. I've noticed the quality going down hill more and more over the last year or two and yesterday I finally vowed never to return to Sainsburys St Johns.
Pure greed pricing sainsbury's is expensive generally but this store is an absolute rip off, these supermarkets try to convince people they care but all they care about is taking as much money off people as possible
Steve who I spoke to today was so lovely he was very understanding. I accidentally bought the wrong type of long life alpro milk. He solved my problem. How nice we get this service. Thank you Steve
