This is the only Polish shop with RUDE STAFF I know so far! They will never smile to you, never use words like “you are welcome”, “Thank you”, “Sorry”, so you never felt welcome in this store, but I regret been there. In terms of products is going down in past few months, not much choice of products as before, lack of veggies as salads. The Owner/Store Manager has to work out and improve customer service from all members of staff if they want to keep some customers, otherwise there are plenty of smaller but friendlier Polish store around!
Just moved out from Worcester and start using polish shop in my town and I need to admit I miss staff from Fresh Market. They are amazing. So nice and polite. Staff working on the floor are so helpful same thing going to staff behind a meat counter. Ladies working on the till are always smiling and welcoming. Just read review below and I think this person mistaking your shop with another one very close to yours where staff indeed are rude and shelves are empty. Or someone just playing dirty. One way or the other I love Fresh Market and people who working there. Nothing never too much hassle for them. I will be back to do shiping in your shop as the one we have in Wigan is bad lol
The best store in worcester! Very large selection of products, all very fresh, especially mushrooms, tomatoes and yoghurts. Mrs. Aneta and Mrs. Ela are always smiling and helpful in choosing the right products
Used to be much better for Polish products now just filled with Romanian stuff. Feels cramped, shelving too high, staff look constantly stressed out and annoyed. Has gone dramatically downhill since 2021...
Polish and Romanian food, very good shop. Normally I would give 4 stars as it wasn't very well stocked but considering that was right after the Christmas 27 December most of the shop they had not an excellent availability so 5 stars for now
Best shop in town with a lot of diverse products from a lot of countries! Highly recommends if you want to try something authentic and new
