It’s really nice to come to this Sainsbury’s,  in general the staff is always ready to help and the shop has a wide variety of good products.
Free and abundant parking places.

Love and hate this shop. Reasons are the amount of till they have and then only open 1 or 2. This is crazy then I get a lady asking me if I want to use the self checkout it will be quicker. What the hell how is it quicker to do it my self. It shouldn't be because I don't work here!!! Also why should I essentially do your job for you and pay the same damm price for my shopping this is not customer service.

Great? Do these people only go to one shop? Alton sainsbury's,yeah for a while they try new products, eg-buffalo burgers & sour dough pizza's but once they finish with whatever bargain they're given,they stop selling it and it's all back to sainsbury's own rubbish! AND the produced is forever being moved so,trying to find anything becomes a drag....I wanna go in,buy and leave... Is that really too much to ask? ADVICE.... double/,treble check soft fruits,especially raspberries or strawberries.Had to return quite a few punnets due to mould!!!! We need more choice. Sainsbury's has taken over Alton.......think about it,all roads lead to sainsbury's!

I really like this Sainsbury’s. Parking is free for 2 hours and there is plenty of spaces. The store always appears clean and shelves fully stocked. It’s useful that we can collect Argos orders from this shop now. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The petrol station staff are always cheerful and welcoming
