Very easy to park, as loads of free spaces in the Car Park.nOnly one small shopping trolley outside the store as no one has brought them back from the Car Park. Not ideal as the large trolleys aren’t fun to reach all the way down inside.nInside the store everything I needed was there and I had no issues.nOnly two people on the checkouts, so had to wait a while. Not good enough.nLastly after you pay at the check out you have to walk 100 metres to the other end of the store to leave… guess this is a security thing but pointless for people that don’t steal.nLeaving the store, always fun due to the two round about’s in close proximity, making needless congestion.nFood wise very good.nService and waiting not so good.
I never came across a Machine where you can drop excess coins which you have chucked in a bottle over a few years. It automatically counts each different coin and then prints a receipt which they take to a check out station which hands you the amount of Notes. So fantastic
Nothing wrong with the store but it's getting ridiculous trying to leave the car park and getting around the roundabout so therefore it's now longer a very accessible location gravesham council need to get their act together regarding this
Terrible parking facilities! Every single time I have been there, getting out of the place has been a nightmare! Especially today, it has been 1 hour and 20 minutes queueing, and we still haven't managed to get out of the parking! Our shopping is ruined, most of the frozen food is probably going to the bin, and I will most definitely have to throw away our fresh meat and poultry as well! Unorganised and chaotic place, STAY AWAY!!!
It used to be really good here and I have previously given it 5 stars.nnThe floor and shelves are often dirty; leaks and spills not cleaned up and packaging all over the place to get caught up in the trolley's wheels.nnJudging by the product tickets the range should be good, but they are often out of stock.nnMembers of staff are often busy chatting to each other, when you disturb them to ask where something is they no longer show you where an item is as they used to, and just tell you the row number or point before returning to their chats. The staff members that are working hard have no qualms about getting in your way when you're obviously looking for an item on the shelf, I'm made to feel like a nuisance for being in the way. It is also difficult to get help to reach top or bottom shelf items due to products being right at the back.nnAs I said it used to be good compared to their competitors, but seemed to gradually decline over the last 5 years or so. The items they have actually got in stock are slightly better quality and I can get things I can't find elsewhere, but I find shopping at Morrisons, Lidl or Asda a much more pleasant experience.
