This superstore is locared near Imperial Retail Park in Gravesend, close to the Town centre. Easy assess and easy shopping experience. Wide range of goods available here. Free parking is available too.Staff are very helpful.
The store is fine to shop in once you can access it. The overcliffe entrance is shut with no explanation and it's not the 1st time. Had to make an unnecessarily long walk, luckily it wasn't night time.
Large Asda with usually a great selection of all your favourite foods i say usally as it can be busy and keeping stock on shelves does take time. Also clothes section tidy and kept topped up as much as they can. Macdonalds restaurant inside also travel money shop, post office, opticians and pharmacy too.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to James and Shannon who got my order ready. They really went over above, understood my situation and quickly found a solution. Great example of customer service
I Used to shop here across many years but due to a rude member of staff, across many shopping experience’s, I don’t shop here anymore. A certain lady that serves you is so rude and disinterested for no reason, I won’t shop here anymore. This person talks to you like you’re nothing and she’s the Queen of the world…nMadness and makes no sense that her job is the actually to serve people.nMaybe she took customer relations training from a prison warden?nShame as the food and store are ok and reasonable prices but dealing with miserable staff shouldn’t be a thing/ordeal that you should endure, when you’re spending your hard earned money!nOverall a nice store let down by a member of Staff that probably isn’t even aware that she’s miserable and condescending…
