One of the member of staff told me to hurry up because I was taking my time looking at what drink I want to get from the Costa coffee machine whilst my fiance is on the other side looking at the food.nnThe store wasn't so close to closing time and there was only me and my fiance. It made me felt anxious and angry at the same time.nnI would not recommend to go to that place if you suffer from anxiety or any special needs.
Alright until someone parks at a pump and decides to go shopping. Not many pumps and not that much room.
Rude and unfriendly staff. Always go in with a positive approach and left with the impression that unless you’re getting petrol your custom isn’t welcomed. They also don’t keep their online information up to date, so it’s hit and miss with their parcel shop services. 3 times I’ve been to use their yodel services - which they advertise - and just told bluntly ‘no’ with no explanation.nnEDIT : Reluctantly gave them another go 8 months later as I was passing and needed to use Yodel services. Same old story! Rude, uninterested, snapped at me because I said ‘InPost’ instead of ‘Yodel’. Apparently the Yodel system wasn’t working so they couldn’t take my parcel, what a surprise. No apology or attempt to get it working. Don’t offer the service if it’s really this much of an inconvenience.
Just buy petrol as everything else is super expensive
Vile people!! False advertising and when confronted the lady said why are you moaning!! How rude!! They sell out of date food witch has made me sick and the woman thought it was ok to spit at us Horrible dirty people ID AVOID THIS PLACE!!! also started to throw abuse at me and my family because we showed the price to her she didn't like it tried to rip us off !!! Horrible people and the man who works there is also very rude and seems to take vunranble people's money and shout at disabled people I've seen it for myself horrible vile humans!!AVOID IF I WAS YOU!!!!!!
