Staff very helpful.nNothing was too much trouble. They took me to the places where the goods were that I wanted to buy, advised me about the best prices  and helped me at the payment counter  when my bank card refused to work.nThey were courteous and treated me as if I was the only customer in the store.nSome of the items were low in stocks but it was evening.

Very helpful staff . Made sure my disabled wife was all good and  needed anything and if needed help with anything was just to ask . Clean tidy store well stocked

I like going to Sainsburys because they have a good organic range for my dietary needs. The staff are always helpful and kind.  I've learned that the busiest times when I will struggle to find a small trolley is Friday evenings and Bank Holiday Mondays. I couldn't even get a small basket on the easter one. I'm partially sighted and now im used to the layout of the store. I just hope they don't change it around.

I really like all the items and food that Sainsburys sell. Unfortunately some things that I want are still out of stock. I have been checking at 3 Sainsburys but they are all still out of stock. I really want Sainsbury's Scottish porridge oats 500g but as I said yet again they are out of stock.

Jill is an asset to your team and department. She went above and beyond today to make me a welcomed happy customer. I will be visiting again. Thanks Jill keep up the good work
