The store is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. The Asian security guard is particularly helpful and kind. He recently assisted my grandmother, and she couldn't stop praising him all day when we returned home. He is always smiling, and my grandmother always asks to see him when we visit the store.

Very friendly and caring staff. They clearly care about their jobs and customers. Store was clean, great selection of items. Excellent fresh bakery area. Good bargains.

As a regular shopper, I have got to know most of the staff. They were really very kind to me when I said that I had lost my mum. They usually ask how I am.

This was my first ever trip to Lidl. I felt a little intimidated by two homeless men asking for money outside the door. Inside was okay, looked a bit untidy, struggled to find a basket, and when I did, it wasn't very clean. Good range of products at a reasonable price. But I don't know if I'd shop there again.

I live really close to the store so it's really handy, the prices of items are reasonable and seem to have everything in I need . I go in a lot ,there is a member of staff called jenny who is very pleasant and helpful ,she will go out of her way to help .she is a credit to your store
