Staff can be very slow to serve customers. At times it feels like they consider stocking shelves more important than serving customers. Management is a joke, I have seen a manager mediating a staff issue in front of customers. I've seen the same manager boasting about how much more profit they'll make by opening over Christmas. A joke.

I like the place. It is like a Waitrose....on acid. It ain't cheap but then again their own produce lines are quite outstanding. Got some of their own bread.....£2 for a Bloomer. It was pure delicious. Got a big box of off sale over date chestnut mushrooms for 90p. Awesome. Huge fan. Morrison's won't be the same ever again.

Food is good but the organisation of the cafe is poor. They really need a better system to deal with queues. The staff are always nice and helpful.

Fresh good local produce and everything you need to cook a top class meal. Lovely cafe to.

Entered a mildly busy booths cafe, with one person ahead of me in the queue we waited 10 minuites to be served, went to the sofa seats where the sofa was dirty and the table full expecting as ku would for this to be cleared, it was not, numerous staff behind the counter not seeking to do anything but talk to eachother, the coffee was very weak and the iced coffee was full of powder and rather sickly, would not recommend
