Whoever's job it is to pack the online orders clearly has no concept of what a Kilogram is. 3 times in a row I have ordered and paid for a 1KG bag of sugar, Each and every time I receive a 500g bag of sugar. Please train your staff on the very basics of working in a store.

I started to notice that products not fresh, and very often do not have best before date or very hard to find. It is the second time I have bought this Physalis, and it is not good.
